THE ROLE OF SPATIAL ANALYSIS IN THE PROCEDURE OF INTEGRATED TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of research on the possibility and necessity of using spatial analysis tools in the implementation of the integrated territorial development procedure. As part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, which sets national development goals for the country until 2030 and beyond until 2036, the key task is to create comfortable and safe living conditions for citizens, which contributes to the sustainable economic and social development of the state as a whole. Of course, the main vector is aimed at improving living conditions, but at the same time, an integrated approach is needed to ensure the development of social, engineering and other infrastructures. For the systematic formation of a comfortable environment, a mechanism for the integrated development of territories was introduced in 2020. Currently, the procedure is reflected in many subjects. Nevertheless, in modern realities, it is necessary to improve the mechanism through the introduction of modern technologies, which make it possible to shorten the project implementation time due to a more thorough analysis at the planning stage. The relevance is due to a number of problems that arise when fulfilling the obligations of the contract for the integrated development of the territory, among which is the lack of knowledge of the territory. In the course of the research, such methods as analysis and synthesis of regulatory and methodological documentation were used. The principles of the formation of a high-quality urban environment, as well as factors affecting the urban development potential of the territory, are considered. The article examines the foreign experience of using spatial analysis tools: space syntax, the function combination model (MXI). It is determined that the application of these tools can be reflected in the Russian urban renewal program.
