The article discusses the conceptual and applied aspects of green financing in the Russian Federation and around the world. It identifies the main theoretical approaches to green instruments within the framework of the concepts of corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, and ESG transformation. The article also explores the challenges faced by the green financing market, examines the dynamics and regulatory aspects of green bonds in leading countries, and provides practical recommendations for the domestic green financing market. The article examines international practice and Russian experience in issuing green bonds by agricultural enterprises, as well as by municipalities and cities.
