In the context of rapid digitalization of the global economy, the tourism sector is undergoing significant transformations driven by growing consumer demands and the advancement of modern technologies. Innovative digital solutions expand promotion channels, enhance the efficiency of communication between tourism enterprises and clients, and open new avenues for service personalization. The introduction of online booking platforms, mobile applications, virtual tours, and big data analysis systems is reshaping conventional market mechanisms and increasing the competitiveness of destinations. At the same time, digital infrastructure requires ongoing personnel skill development and regulatory framework improvements. Within the strategic priorities of tourism development, digital technologies play a crucial role in improving product quality, upgrading infrastructure, and supporting sustainable sector growth. They facilitate the creation of intelligent tourism ecosystems by enabling more efficient flow management, demand forecasting, and the design of attractive tourist routes. An analysis of best international practices shows that successful integration of digital tools into tourism provides a competitive edge for destinations and promotes more effective use of resource potential. However, companies and regions must shape a comprehensive digital policy to ensure stable growth and achieve long-term strategic planning objectives. This holistic approach will secure the balanced development of tourism as a vital sector of the economy.
