The development of economic processes and systems is inevitably accompanied by a redistribution of scarce resources and assets, including territorially fixed land and property complexes. The solution of issues of inter-subject redistribution of land property is achieved through territorial land management, the project of which in the traditional form consists of text and graphic parts, as a rule, developed by various performers separately from each other. In addition, the process of land management design is carried out separately from the process of technical (construction) design and consistently continues it. The use of modern GIS technologies makes it possible to achieve a significant improvement in the design production process. This paper substantiates the author's proposals on geoinformation support for the redistribution of land for the reconstruction of a highway on the example of a municipal facility in the Nytvensky urban district of the Perm Region. Cartographic products have been created: terrain slope map; map of a digital elevation model with an inset map of a three-dimensional elevation model; terrain classification map; land map. The last product was used by us as a basis for creating a project plan for land acquisition. The implementation of our proposals allows in practice to achieve an improvement in project activities and achieve well-known competitive advantages in the technological, economic, representative direction.
