This article examines the quality of commercial real estate management in the digital economy. Author D.N. Orlov defines "quality of management" for commercial real estate, defines the criteria for "quality of management" for commercial real estate, and presents a commercial real estate management quality index. The article examines the effectiveness of various classes of digital solutions that influence the quality of commercial real estate management. The author identifies the main factors behind the quality of commercial real estate management in the digital economy. Particular attention is paid to its application in the activities of consulting and analytical agencies specializing in the real estate market, as well as in educational programs for training managers in real estate management in the digital economy. The article examines the quality of commercial real estate management before and after implementation. Practical recommendations for developers and companies managing commercial real estate projects are also offered.
