Structural and analytical model of resource potential in the system of economic relations
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The complication of economic dynamics and the transformation of relations under the influence of global challenges leads to the need for an in-depth analysis of the resource potential of regional economic systems. This article analyzes the role of resource potential in the regional system of economic relations. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the agrarian sphere of the regions. For this purpose, the study presents an alternative view of the processes of formation and development of resource potential, taking into account the deterministic influence of productive forces and industrial relations. The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and analytical model that characterizes the role of resource potential in the regional system of economic relations. The research methodology is based on the use of a comparative approach with a theoretical and historical analysis of the role of rental relations. Within the framework of the article, a classification of regional resources is proposed, taking into account aspects of rental levers and their interaction with other elements of the economy. The interrelation of the resource potential of the regions with the processes of reproduction was determined, highlighting the key elements: cost, investment, financial and intellectual. The results of the study consist in the development of a structural and analytical model of resource potential by adapting it to aspects of regulation of the agricultural sector. The empirical base of the study is built through the analysis of statistical data of Russian regions for 2001-2019. The obtained results allowed us to conclude that rental relations in various branches of management are an important element for ensuring the socio-economic development of the regions. On the example of the agricultural sector, the differentiation of regional development is revealed, which can be adapted to other industries for the development of state regulation mechanisms. In the context of the aggravation of the geopolitical struggle and the need to ensure the economic sovereignty of the Russian, it is necessary to work out new methods of state regulation of the resource potential, taking into account the rental aspects of reproduction processes. The developed model serves as a starting point for further research and practical implementation in the field of regional economic policy.
