In this article, we will briefly present the results of a study of problems and situations that prevent the formation of forest plots for the placement of linear objects, and subsequently registration of rights to such plots. According to the study, the authors note that in the UFO often double accounting occurs due to the imposition of forest land with agricultural land. To work out the solution to this issue, a comprehensive analysis of the current land and forest legislation, the legal framework of the old edition, as well as the laws of the Soviet period is required. Therefore, the authors consider the analysis of the practice of solving such problems at enterprises and organizations, as well as the development of proposals for their elimination relevant and will try to cover some of them in the article.
