One of the most important and energy-intensive stages of the State Cadastral Valuation is the collection of values of price-forming factors. The aim of this work is to create a thematic map for collecting the values of price-forming factors. The city of Votkinsk (Udmurt Republic) was chosen as the research object, for which the State Budget Institution allocated such price-forming factors as administrative centers, main roads, and centers of positive and negative influence on value. The method of data vectorization is used to formalize the process of creating thematic maps.
