The article discusses methodological and theoretical issues of increasing the efficiency of agricultural land in agricultural production based on the development of land management projects. The analysis of changes in the area of the land fund of the Belorechensk district municipality by land categories, lands, and forms of ownership is presented. Problems have been identified and measures to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use in the Belorechensk district have been substantiated. A project for the organization and arrangement of the territory of strawberry crop rotation and shrub berry fields is proposed. The project proposals are economically justified, the main indicators are determined – capital investments, production costs, net income, payback period of capital investments, confirming their economic efficiency.
