ECOLOGICAL RECONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF URBAN AREAS

Abstract (English):
One of the priority areas of urban development is the restoration of urban ecosystems, the creation of a safe and attractive space for the population to live, which is achieved through ecological reconstruction of the territory. For northern cities, ecological reconstruction is of great importance, of particular significance, and is aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment, preserving biodiversity and improving the quality of life of the population in harsh climatic conditions. Modern green technologies are a key element of sustainable urban development, combining environmental, social and economic areas of development of urban ecosystems and ensuring harmonious interaction between nature and the urbanized environment. Projects directly related to improvement must meet modern requirements for environmental safety and sustainable urban development policy. In practice, this means that it is necessary to introduce innovative technologies that help reduce the negative external impact on the environment. The article presents some results of the analysis of the improvement and landscaping of residential areas in the eastern part of the city of Nizhnevartovsk. The geoinformation method is used to identify areas where it is necessary to strengthen activities on environmental reconstruction and improvement of urban space. The article provides information for analyzing the appearance of urban areas in the eastern part of Nizhnevartovsk that require improvement and landscaping. The main measures for the ecological reconstruction and improvement of the city of Nizhnevartovsk are proposed, taking into account the types of green spaces and functional zoning of the territories. The main results of the study can be taken into account by the city administration, state and commercial organizations, for planning and implementing effective measures for the ecological reconstruction and improvement of urban space, for creating a comfortable and safe urban environment in the territory of new residential microdistricts of the city.
