    <p>В статье рассматривается подход к оптимизации конфигурации и операционных стратегий автоматизированной складской системы хранения на базе четырехсторонних шаттлов FWS/RS. Описаны показатели эффективности бизнес-процессов складской системы. Для решения оптимизационной задачи разработана имитационная модель и набор имитационных экспериментов, позволяющие выполнять анализ влияния различных факторов и операционных стратегий на целевые показатели системы.  Имитационная модель позволяет выбрать оптимальное сочетание стратегий размещения поступающих товаров на складе, релокации блокирующих грузов и назначения транспортных ресурсов. Имитационная модель разработана на основе дискретно-событийного и агентного подходов. Особое внимание уделено оценке производительности системы в условиях стохастического потока заявок различной интенсивности.</p>

    <p>The article considers the author's approach to optimizing the configuration and operational strategies of an automated warehouse storage system based on Four-Way Shuttles (FWS/RS). The efficiency indicators of the business processes of the warehouse system are described. To solve the optimization problem, a simulation model and a set of simulation experiments have been developed that allows analyzing the impact of various factors and operational strategies on the system's targets.  The simulation model allows you to choose the optimal combination of strategies for placing incoming goods in a warehouse, relocating blocking cargo, and assigning transport resources. The simulation model is developed based on a combination of discrete event-based and agent-based approaches. Special attention is paid to evaluating the system's performance under conditions of a stochastic input flow of orders of varying intensity.</p>
